A smallish 8x8 checkerboard for playing English draughts (AKA checkers) and similar games, complete with two armies of 12 draughtsmen and integrated storage for those armies beneath the checkered top. Designed for convenience of assembly and transport. At 210 x 210 mm, it's just small enough to fit on many common print beds such as the Prusa i3 MK2S. The checkered design is printable as a single multi-colored piece on a single-extruder printer. This is achieved through a manual change of filament immediately prior to each of the final two layers. Since there's a tiny height difference between the dark squares, the light squares, and the border, this yields the desired effect.
