Description
The outrider assassins of the Vastari Empire were an obvious choice for joining Lotharius' shock troops. Sneaky and devious in life, they are even more untraceable and elusive as spirits. No door or keep can bar them from entry, and they slit the throats of enemy commanders with the constant paranoia that it would be them at the point of the blade if not for their complete isolation from others. They believe themselves despised, and by their behaviors and actions, they guarantee that they are.
