[Jewelry] Vectary Ring
[Jewelry] Vectary Ring

This is my entry for the "Jewelry" theme in the MyMiniFactory 3D Print Design Competition.
It's a Ring with an inner diameter of 20.5mm.
Definitely needs a printer capable of fine details and the lower the layer height, the better.
I will add pictures of the printed Ring after cleaning it up and maybe painting it.
Edit: added.
Added pictures of the primed ring. Way easier on the camera. Next step will be the painted object.

Just go for the highest detail your printer is able to put out. This thing is small, so are the details.
Also: a brim works wonders for bed adhesion.
A bit of work after printing is mandatory for this: sand the inside and the edges for wearing comfort and probably paint it for better visibility of the letters. They do come out too fine for my EOS 1100D with the standard kit lense - would have needed a macro lense for that, I guess. And better lighting. And probably some none-transparent filament.
