Hairband 1.0
Hairband 1.0

Quarantine hair was getting difficult to manage, and I couldn't find a decent hairband to use. So I made my own!
I've printed this in PLA, it works pretty well but does suffer from a bit of creep. The design has taken this into consideration, and has done well to minimize the effects. I'll try printing in PETG and update with more info.
To size it to your head, take a measurement of the circumference of your head (in mm) from just behind your ears and divide by 450. Scale the band using this ratio in the slicer.
If you want a customized version, or don't have a printer and need one of these, you can reach me at reach.xsys@gmail.com.
Use a brim/raft in case the teeth start lifting from the build plate.
Print temperature: 200C
Printing speed: 50mm/s, 20mm/s first layer.
Layer height: 0.2mm
Filament: PLA
Infill: 20% or higher
