CoderDojo Fidget Twister
Remix of @MakeAnything's excellent Fidget Twisters with the CoderDojo logo added to one end of the body. The ring has not been modified from the original.
Unlike the original, this version requires a small amount of bridging because the open shaft is capped with the solid logo design. I have never needed supports and any layer untidiness is hidden inside the model.
I like to print the body in white with a filament change to black for the raised logo. I hand these out as prizes for students who complete programming courses in our dojo. They are very popular.
As with the original, you must print the ring first. Then you can pause the print of the body about 3/4 complete and slip the ring over so that it settles onto the body below the current layer. Then resume.
To get the multi-color logo, I switch filament from white to black after the main body layers are complete (after 63.2mm if you are using 0.2mm layer height).
